Whether or not you can obtain ideal results when moderating focus groups significantly depends on the correct, professional question technique. What are the moderator’s roles? Which moderation techniques are there – when and how should they be applied?

We will show you how to efficiently and purposefully moderate focus groups. By applying practical exercises, you will learn to ask the right questions, recognise and lead group dynamics and processes and respond adequately to interruptions. In addition, you will also gain the skills to give an informed assessment of a moderator.
