“Do you speak usability?” How to develop products that precisely meet the requirements of user groups? How do they experience your products? What methods can be used to verify this? What information needs to be collected?
Usability and User Experience (UX) provides answers to these basic questions during product development. UX describes the users’ perceptions and reactions before, during and after the product interaction, and is now an indispensible part of developing and designing products and services.
Practical, current findings from the field of Usability and UX are therefore becoming increasingly important – for anyone who is involved in development processes. In this seminar, we will teach you the basic skills for developing user-oriented user interfaces and prepare you for the exam to become a “Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience – Foundation Level (CPUX-F)”. The content of the seminar is based on the curriculum of the International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board (UXQB®).
You will receive a comprehensive overview of the human-oriented development process. Throughout the process, we will look at each sub-step with your roles, tasks, methods, results, and responsibilities and measure their relationship to one another. You will then be able to know, understand and review the process, which makes you well prepared for any discussion on the development process.
At the end of the seminar you will have the opportunity to take the exam to become a “Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience – Foundation Level (CPUX-F)”. This exam is administered by an independent certified examiner.
The certificate certifies that you have attained internationally recognised knowledge (ISO 9241) in the area of Usability & UX and up-to-date basic practical knowledge.
